Good Things Publishing LLC, headquartered in Altoona, Pennsylvania, owns and publishes the Houses of Worship Directory™ online and in print.

The Houses of Worship Directory™, is a nationwide, non-sectarian, FREE information service whose purposes are:

To help people find and compare faith groups – easily and privately – by location, denominational affiliation, and a variety of other categories;

To help build better and stronger communities by encouraging people to participate in the faith group of their choice;

To help build relationships between community service agencies and faith groups;

To provide another outreach tool for faith groups and individuals to incorporate into their daily witness in the community;

To provide an environment in which sponsors – commercial businesses and/or non-profit organizations - that share these purposes may present their messages to the directory’s users.

The Houses of Worship Directory™ print edition features standard FREE listings for every organization that completes and returns a questionnaire and descriptive profile to us in a timely fashion.

We distribute print directories free of charge.

On average, about half of the population in the United States today is completely unaffiliated with any church, synagogue, or faith group.
